Freeze an Account

Once an Account is Frozen, you won't be able to use it for any accounting transaction.

To freeze an Account, go to:

Home > Accounting > Chart of Accounts

This should take you to the Chart of Accounts screen, and then edit an Account.

If the User has Role defined in the  Account Setting assigned, then he/she will be able to set an Account as Frozen.
