No outlet needs every part. This page shows, for five kinds of outlet, which parts of iVendNext each one uses. Find the outlet closest to yours, then add or drop parts against your own list of requirements. Each part links to its guide. What iVendNext offers a restaurant says what each part does and what to know about it.

Parts you can use today

A cell that says Yes means the outlet uses the part. A table-service restaurant can use these parts at its bar or its pass today. The floor, checks and courses for its tables are coming.

Part Café or quick service Table-service restaurant Bar Cloud kitchen Hotel food and beverage

A store per brand One store One store One store Yes, each brand with its own menu and prices One store for each outlet

A cloud kitchen that gives each brand a store should read the limit on that row first. Nothing keeps another brand's items off a brand's till, and an item missing from a brand's price list rings at 0 on that brand's till.

Where each outlet starts

Outlet Start with What your partner or your own team adds
Café or quick service Dishes, the service charge and the Restaurant back office app. The menu, prices, recipes and training.
Table-service restaurant Load recipes first, so that food cost works from the first day of sales. Server training and the receipt printers. The floor and the kitchen stations come with Table service, below.
Bar Put the age on the item group, such as Alcohol at 18, and add the group to the Age check settings. The till then asks at the scan, and Pay catches anything missed. The card terminal and the age rules for your market.
Cloud kitchen Give each brand its own store and price list, and cook from one kitchen store. The delivery link your region uses, and your own fleet.
Hotel food and beverage Run the hotel's retail store and its restaurant on the same till app, with a till and a profile for each outlet. Staff learn one till. The link to the hotel's property system.

Parts that are coming, by outlet

None of these parts is available yet. The table shows which outlets will use each one, so you can plan around it. A cell that says Not needed means the outlet has no use for the part.
