iVendNext Loyalty is an app that gives your customers points for what they buy, and lets them spend the points on later sales. It runs beside iVendNext POS. Install it from the App library, and its screens are then in the Loyalty workspace.
You create Loyalty Plans in the Loyalty workspace.
What it does
Reward points:
You set up a program in a Loyalty Setup, the levels of the program in Loyalty Level, and the rules that award points in a Loyalty Plan. A plan can award points by item, item group, bill value or bill quantity.
Redemption:
A customer pays part of a sale with points. The app posts the cost of the points to the expense account named in the Loyalty Setup.
Special days:
A plan can give extra points on special days that you list. See Loyalty Special Days.
Journal:
The Loyalty Journal lists the points each customer earned and spent. See Loyalty Journal.
Notifications:
The app sends four email notifications to the customer's email address. See Loyalty Notifications.
