Handling objections & observations

Common pushback and the honest, confident response to each.

Objection Response
"We are not comfortable with AI touching our data." Start read-only. The assistant reads what the user can already read and changes nothing until you decide to enable write tools, role by role. Everything is logged.
"Our staff are not technical." That is the point. They ask in plain language. There is nothing to learn about screens or report names.
"We have strict access rules." The gateway enforces your rules unchanged. It cannot widen anyone's access.
"How do we know it is accurate?" For business figures, it runs your own reports. The totals are your system's totals.
"What is the cost of getting it wrong?" Low, by design. Reads are safe, writes are reviewable and restrictable, and the audit log makes everything traceable.
"Can we limit who uses it?" Yes, down to which roles may use each individual tool.
