Handling objections & observations
Common pushback and the honest, confident response to each.
| Objection | Response |
|---|---|
| "We are not comfortable with AI touching our data." | Start read-only. The assistant reads what the user can already read and changes nothing until you decide to enable write tools, role by role. Everything is logged. |
| "Our staff are not technical." | That is the point. They ask in plain language. There is nothing to learn about screens or report names. |
| "We have strict access rules." | The gateway enforces your rules unchanged. It cannot widen anyone's access. |
| "How do we know it is accurate?" | For business figures, it runs your own reports. The totals are your system's totals. |
| "What is the cost of getting it wrong?" | Low, by design. Reads are safe, writes are reviewable and restrictable, and the audit log makes everything traceable. |
| "Can we limit who uses it?" | Yes, down to which roles may use each individual tool. |
