The Hub's Your connections card has one report for every connection's health, then one report per thing that can be wrong with a connection. Each lists exactly the connections in that state, newest first, as you may see them: a User Permission that limits you to some connections limits these reports too. An empty report says Nothing here right now.
On the Your connections card
Connection Health
Every connection in one line — the place to start each day. Its columns: Connection, State (the connection's word, as on the Connections list), Failed, Money Records Waiting, Needs a Decision, Cannot Tell If It Arrived, Not Finished (every record not yet finished, whatever its state), Since, Last Looked For Changes and Shown As.
Ask first: is each connection running? One dead connection produces dozens of stuck-looking records. If a connection is not Live, read what its word means before reading any record.
The report is worked out when you open it. The Hub's Connections with a problem tile notices a connection that has stopped checking at an hourly background check, so it can be up to an hour behind this report. The daily summary email is this report.
The six reports below each list Connection, Shown As, State, Since and Last Looked For Changes, for the switched-on connections in that state (Switched off lists the switched-off ones).
Cannot reach it
Connections whose other system does not answer. See Cannot reach.
Sign-in refused
Connections whose sign-in details the other system refused — expired or rejected. See Sign-in refused.
Stopped part-way
Connections whose last run stopped before finishing. Only a connector that reports this can appear here, so an empty list means none reported, not proven fine. See Stopped part-way.
Switched off
Every connection that is switched off. Changes for them are kept and wait. See Switched off.
Not checked for over a day
Switched-on connections that last looked for changes over a day ago. An hourly background check sets this, so the list can be up to an hour behind the Connections list, and stops changing if background jobs stop. See Not checked.
Not reported yet
Switched-on connections that have never reported back. Nothing alerts you about these — this list is how you find them. See Not reported yet.
