3.1 What happens each cycle

1. On a configurable schedule (hourly, daily, or weekly), the engines read recent sales, stock-movement, and account history per company.

2. Predictions are written to the forecasting screens.

3. The master Financial Forecast propagates to its Cashflow, Revenue, and Expense detail.

4. The accuracy tracker compares earlier predictions with what actually happened.

5. Alerts fire when confidence drops, balances cross thresholds, or variance widens.

6. Every step is recorded in the Forecast Sync Log for full auditability.

The customer never manages any of this infrastructure. It runs automatically in the iVendNext cloud.
