UAE tax invoice receipt

Retail Extensions · checked 2026-10-15

The UAE tax invoice receipt lays your till receipt out as a UAE tax invoice, in English beside Arabic. This page covers what it prints, what to set up first, and how to remove it.

What it does

The receipt reads Tax Invoice, or Tax Credit Note with the original invoice's number on a return. Every label is in English beside Arabic, and a reprint is marked DUPLICATE. It shows your company's name, address and tax registration number, the invoice number and date, and the customer's tax number when the sale has one. It lists each item with its VAT rate, then the taxable value at each rate, the VAT, any charges, the total and the payments.

It computes no tax: every amount is the sale's own, and the taxable value at each rate is the sum of the sale's line amounts at that rate. It does not print the buyer's address. Have your tax adviser check the layout against the rules that apply to you.

What you set up first

  1. Install the app from the App library (see About Retail Extensions).
  2. In Desk, open your Company and fill Tax ID. Add the company's address, and the company logo if you want it printed.
  3. On each POS Profile that should print it, choose IVENDNEXT RCP UAE Tax Invoice in Print Format. The app cannot do this for you.

Where it shows

It is a print format for POS Invoice: the receipt the till prints. It adds no record type and no Desk screen of its own.

What leaves your shop

The app names no outside address, till key, webhook or service. It adds one print layout, which runs inside your site when it prints, like any print layout; the install screen lists it.

How to remove it

  1. In the App library, find the app under Installed and press Details.
  2. On the app's record, press Export and uninstall and confirm.
  3. The print format is removed. Choose another print format on each till profile that used it.
