Fiscal Clearance Settings
iVendNext POS · checked 2026-10-16
Some countries need each receipt cleared or reported to the tax authority. Retail Fiscal Regime Config in iVendNext Desk has one row for each such country and tells the till what to do about it. A country with no row has no clearance and no rule asking for a business buyer's tax ID. A System Manager can change the rows, and a Retail Manager can read them.
The till never calls the tax authority itself. The country's own fiscal app does that and records the result. If clearance is required and no fiscal app is installed for the country, Desk warns you when you save: every receipt for that country stays blocked until an app records the sale.
| Field | What it does |
|---|---|
| Country | The company country the row applies to. The row is named by it. |
| Regime Label | The regime's name, printed on the receipt. Other screens just say "clearance regime". |
| Clearance Required | Keeps each receipt waiting until the fiscal app records the sale as cleared or reported. The change is live at once. |
| Require Buyer Tax ID On Account | A full tax invoice to a business buyer needs the buyer's tax registration, taken at payment. |
| Release Goods Before Cleared | Lets goods leave once they are paid while the sale clears. Unticked, the goods wait until it clears. |
| Deposit Is a Fiscal Event | Where clearance applies: ticked, a deposit waits for a tax receipt number like a sale does. Unticked, a deposit is not fiscal. |
| Allow Offline Capture | Lets tills sell offline in this regime and report later. It is blocked by default. Tick it only on legal or compliance advice. |
| Note | Your own note about the row. |
