Removing it

When you remove customer-owned loyalty, its records go with it, so the app exports them first. This page says how, and what stays.

Export and uninstall

1. In the App library, find the app under Installed and press Details.
2. On the app's record, press Export and uninstall and confirm. iVendNext first exports the members, ledger and balances to a file, and tells the service that the app was removed.
3. iVendNext removes the settings, plans, members, ledger, balances, the report, the role and the till key. Your customers keep the customer group they had last.
4. Make a new API key for the app's user, or disable the user, so the key the service had stops working.
