Guided help (the Knowledge tab)
The Knowledge tab answers "how does iVendNext work?" questions. It draws on an iVendNext knowledge library and on the live definition of the screen you are asking about. When it is confident, it answers from the library; when it is not, it falls back to general guidance so you are never left without help. It can explain the tabs, sections, and fields of the record you are looking at, and suggest sensible next questions.
