What iVendNext Copilot is
Copilot is an intelligent assistant built into iVendNext. It understands plain-language questions about your retail business, finds the answer in your own data, and acts on your behalf inside the limits of your role.
Most retail teams know the answer they need exists somewhere in the system. The friction is getting to it: the right report, the right filter, the right screen. Copilot removes that friction. A store manager types "What is the stock level of Widget A across all warehouses?" and reads the answer in seconds. A finance manager types "List overdue invoices over 10,000" and gets a ranked list. A buyer types "Create a purchase order for Global Parts: 100 units of Widget A" and reviews a ready draft.
Copilot does not replace iVendNext screens. It sits alongside them as a faster path for the people who need answers and actions, not navigation.
