Term	Meaning
AI assistant	The conversational AI application connected to iVendNext through the gateway.
AI Gateway	This product: the secure bridge between an AI assistant and iVendNext.
Tool	A single defined action the assistant can perform.
Skill	Reusable guidance that teaches the assistant how to do a job.
Prompt template	A saved, fill-in-the-blank question for users.
Capability pack	A group of related tools switched on or off together.
Document type	A kind of record in iVendNext, such as Sales Invoice or Customer.
Submittable document	A record that moves from draft to a finalised, official state.
Audit log	The permanent record of every action the assistant performed.
Secure connection	The authenticated link between the assistant and iVendNext.
Privileged tool	A higher-risk action, such as delete or code execution, usually restricted to trusted roles.
Document recognition	Reading text out of scanned documents and images.
