Find what you see in the table, then open its heading.

A bin label will not print

What you see. You open a bin, choose Print and the format IVENDNEXT BLN Bin Label, and Desk shows Module IVENDNEXT BLN not found.

What it means. The label layout cannot be drawn on this site. The bin and its data are not affected.

What to do. Print the bin with the standard print format, or write its code on the shelf by hand.

When to call support. Call your partner if the standard print format also fails, or if you want the label layout to print.

There is no shortcut for aisles

What you see. The IVENDNEXT BLN Bins page lists Locations, Bins and What is in each bin, but not aisles.

What it means. Aisles are kept in a record of their own, IVENDNEXT BLN Aisle, that the page does not link.

What to do. Search Desk for IVENDNEXT BLN Aisle, or open a bin and follow its Aisle field.

When to call support. Not needed.

The warehouse and store fields are empty

What you see. A record under What is in each bin shows Back room or shop floor, Warehouse and Store empty and you cannot type in them.

What it means. Those three fields are read-only and nothing fills them, so they stay empty.

What to do. Ignore them. The bin's location, aisle and code tell you where things sit.

When to call support. Not needed.

My stock did not move

What you see. You recorded a quantity in a bin, or made a sale, and the item's stock in iVendNext did not change.

What it means. The app only records where things sit. It does not move or count stock.

What to do. Change stock the usual way in iVendNext. For bins that follow your stock, use child warehouses with a Putaway Rule and a Pick List.

When to call support. Not needed.

I cannot open the Bins page

What you see. A bin, location or aisle will not open, or a record says you do not have permission. Or Desk shows you very little.

What it means. The IVENDNEXT BLN Bins page is shown to everyone who has Desk, but only people with the Retail Manager, Stock Manager or System Manager role can use the records. A person whose User record has only Is POS User ticked sees little of Desk.

What to do. Ask an administrator to add one of those roles to your User record, and to tick Is Desk User if you need Desk.

When to call support. If you have the role and Desk and still cannot open a record, call your partner.
