The Hub's Waiting card has one report per reason a record can wait, and its Day to Day card one for reversals not confirmed. Each lists exactly the records in that state, newest first, as you may see them — Record, Connection, Direction, Try No. and Last Changed — up to the newest 1,000. Test records are never listed. Open a record to see its banner and what to do. Work the waiting lists once a week.
On the Waiting card
Kept while switched off
Records kept while their connection was switched off. They drain by themselves once the connection is on: one batch at once, then about 500 an hour, oldest first. See Kept while switched off.
Held behind an unknown attempt
Records held because an earlier attempt at the same record may already have reached the other system. Do not force them. See Held behind an unknown attempt.
Waiting on a setup change
Every other waiting record. Each says Waiting on: — fix the one thing with Open the fix (or Ask a …) and they all move. See Waiting.
Waiting, by cause
The same records as Waiting on a setup change, one line per cause and connection, with Cause of the Wait, Connection and Records Waiting; the lines add up to that report. No cause recorded counts, per connection, the records that carry no cause. Start with the line with the most records.
Set aside
Records set aside, not failed — picked up again by themselves once the cause clears. Usually expired sign-in details. See Set aside.
In progress
Records on their way: queued, being sent, being retried, or accepted and not yet final. A list that only grows is worth a question. See In progress.
On the Day to Day card
Reversals not confirmed
Records reversed in iVendNext that the other system has not confirmed. Whether they went through there is not known yet: do not reverse them by hand. Call support if one is more than a few hours old. See Reversal not confirmed.
