Scheduled tasks
Ask Copilot once, and it keeps delivering. Scheduled tasks run a prompt on your behalf, on a schedule you set, and send you the result.
How to create one
Just ask in plain language. The copilot reads the timing from your sentence and sets up the task.

Schedule types and their rules
| Type | What it needs | Validation |
|---|---|---|
| Once | A specific date and time. | A trigger date is required. After it runs, the task is marked complete. |
| Daily | A time of day (defaults to 08:00). | Runs every day at that time. |
| Weekly | A day of the week and a time. | A day of the week is required. |
| Monthly | A day of the month (1 to 28) and a time. | The day must be between 1 and 28, so it is valid every month. |
Managing your tasks
List your tasks to see their status, next run, last run, and how many times each has run.
Pause a task to stop it temporarily, then resume it later.
Cancel a task you no longer need.
What happens when a task runs
The system checks for due tasks every 15 minutes and runs each one under your identity, so your permissions apply exactly as in a live chat.
Each run opens a dedicated conversation titled with your task name, so you have a record.
The result is saved with the task, and you are notified in three ways: a real-time alert in the panel, an entry in your notification bell, and an email.
Recurring tasks automatically calculate their next run. One-off tasks close themselves.
If a task fails, it is marked failed and isolated, so one problem never stops your other tasks.
