What you need before you start
Copilot is delivered as part of your iVendNext cloud service. There is nothing to install and nothing to maintain on your side.

| A modern browser | Any current desktop or mobile browser. Copilot appears on every iVendNext page once enabled. |
| The right role | Your role determines what Copilot can show and do. Day-to-day staff see their own data; managers and finance roles unlock analytics. See Security & permissions. |
| A company context | If your environment runs more than one company, Copilot works against the company you select at the top of the chat panel. |
| Clean master data | Copilot is only as accurate as the data behind it. Customer names, item codes, warehouses, and posted transactions should be in good order for best results. |
** Delivered as a managed service Setup of the assistant, its underlying engine, and its capacity is handled for you as part of iVendNext. Administrators configure how Copilot behaves for their teams; they never manage infrastructure.
