Retail UX Metric in iVendNext Desk is a read-only record of how the till is used across the whole site, for example whether cashiers look at items as a grid or a list, and whether they use suggestions or scans. It keeps no per-person data, so it cannot tell you what any one cashier did. Only a System Manager can open it, and nobody adds or edits rows by hand: the till counts as it goes.

There is one row for each metric and day.
