Your first conversation

Copilot is ready the moment your administrator enables it. Here is the path from first click to first answer.

  1. Open the chat panel

Look for the round Copilot button in the bottom-right corner of any iVendNext page. Click it to open the chat panel. The panel stays available as you move around iVendNext.

  1. Confirm your company

If you have access to more than one company, choose the right one at the top of the panel. Every answer is scoped to that company.

  1. Ask, or pick a shortcut

Type a question in the input box, or choose one of the ready-made prompts grouped by area (Sales, Finance, Stock, Purchase, and more). Shortcuts are the fastest way to learn what Copilot can do.

  1. Read the answer

The copilot replies in the panel. Answers can include text, tables, links to the underlying documents, and charts. When it runs a step, you see a short note of what it is doing.

  1. Confirm any change

When you ask Copilot to create, update, or submit a document, it prepares a draft and asks you to confirm before anything is finalized. Nothing is changed without your explicit approval.

  1. Keep the thread or start fresh

Each conversation is saved so you can return to it. Start a new conversation for an unrelated task, pin the ones you use often, and give them titles.
