What iVendNext offers a fashion and footwear chain

This page lists what a fashion and footwear chain can use in iVendNext today. The format is the Fashion and footwear chain: a chain of stores that sell styles in sizes and colors, in one country or in several states. Every store runs the same till, the iVendNext POS at /pos, on a phone, a tablet or a register. The stock officer works on iVendNext Handheld, and head office and the buyers work in iVendNext Desk.

Loyalty and gift cards	Cashier, store manager	Gift cards sold and redeemed at the till. Gift card on spend gives a customer your own gift card when a sale reaches your threshold. Loyalty points earned and spent at the till, with the member's balance in view during the sale, come from iVendNext Loyalty; a program with your own tiers is Customer-owned loyalty. The gift receipt	Cashier	The till's gift receipt: the cashier chooses the lines that are gifts, and the receipt prints them with no prices. It is offered on the finish screen and in Find a sale. Right after the sale, the cashier prints it; for an earlier sale, choosing the gift lines takes the reprint right or a manager. See Gift Receipts and Reprints.	The till, in every country.
Returns and the exchange for another size	Cashier, store manager	The till takes a return with the receipt, and a return without one with a manager. An exchange is one visit on one screen: the goods come back, the replacement in another size is picked, and the difference is paid or credited; a net refund is paid at a till with a cash drawer, or kept as store credit. Store credit	Cashier	An exchange or a return can pay out as store credit, and the customer redeems it at any later sale, in any store of the chain. See Returning With a Receipt.	The till, in every country.
Click and collect, endless aisle and ship to home	Cashier, runner, store manager	The till's collection queue, where a picked order is moved to ready and then handed over; the cross-store order that the customer collects at another store; and the order taken in store and shipped to the customer's address. Ship from store	Stock officer	Pick, pack and deliver on iVendNext Handheld: a manager starts it from a Pick List in Desk, and the store picks, packs and delivers the order.	iVendNext Handheld comes with a key from iVendNext.
Staff discount and commission	Cashier, store manager	A staff discount at the till, and the associate named on each sale, with a commission rate on each associate. The Sales Person Commission Summary report, with Sales Invoice as its document type, shows each associate's sales and commission.	The till and iVendNext Desk, in every country.
Alteration and made-to-measure tickets	Associate, tailor	Alterations and made-to-measure tickets: a ticket for each alteration or made-to-measure piece, written in iVendNext Desk, with what to do, the measurements, the fitting and the ready date, a slip for the customer and a tag for the garment, and the tickets due. The charge and any deposit are taken at the till.	App library, free, in every country. It runs in your own site and sends nothing out.
Sell-through by size	Buyer, store manager	Sell-through by size: one row for each style, color, size and store, worked out in iVendNext Desk, with what the tills sold, what is in stock and the share sold, and the sizes that have run out marked. Clothing tax in each store	Cashier, head office	The till's item tax by price band, on each store's warehouse. An item below a price you set can take a different tax rate, or none, in a store that needs it, and the till applies the rate line by line, offline too. Your web store	Head office	The WooCommerce connection: products, prices and stock go to the web store, and paid web orders, payments and refunds come back. See Connections.	Comes with a key from iVendNext, in every country.
The chain's own ERP	Head office	Connectors to SAP Business One, SAP S/4HANA, Acumatica, NetSuite and Sage X3.	Every country. Any other ERP is connected by a partner or your own developers.
